Returns are very easy at Visivix. You can return your products within Turkey within 14 days, unconditionally and uninterruptedly, according to the return conditions we have prepared in accordance with the articles of the law regarding jewelery and precious metals. Returns outside Turkey cannot be made without interruption due to additional shipping and tax fees. Please contact us for international returns.

Things to consider during the return process:

-The product must be returned in its completely original condition, covering the warranty conditions and with all documents. (Invoice, box, gift, etc.)

-There is no uninterrupted right of return for products produced in accordance with the consumer's special demands. In this case, the product can be returned with a deduction for the product cost.

-If the product becomes a defective product during the time it is in the consumer's possession, this situation will be evaluated by VİSİVİX. In this case, the product can be returned with a deduction for the product cost.

After the necessary conditions are met, the product price will be refunded to your credit card if your payment is made by credit card, or to your bank account within 5 business days if your payment is made by money order/EFT. (The amount of the refund you receive may vary depending on your bank.)
